EYE SCREEN TORONTO & THINGS INCLUDED IN MUSIC
Poster Design | Info Transformation & Data Visualization
These two different projects are both in poster formats and related to Info Transformation & Data Visualization.
The EYE SCREEN TORONTO reflects life during COVID-19, translating personal experiences, changes, and shifting connections into a large-format visual composition. A key aspect of the project is the intentional use of non-traditional tools, working outside of standard design software. This constraint highlights the importance of adaptability in the creative process—encouraging experimentation, resourcefulness, and a deeper focus on concept over technique.
The THINGS INCLUDED IN MUSIC investigates embodiment within digital environments through a structured process of observation and self-directed research. Using auto-ethnographic methods, it documents first-hand interactions with everyday digital tools, translating personal experience into a set of qualitative data points. The collected data is analyzed and explored through visual systems, transforming patterns of behavior, interaction, and perception into clear and engaging data visualizations. The result highlights the relationship between human experience and digital interfaces, positioning design as a tool for both interpretation and communication.
EYE SCREEN TORONTO
Information Transformation & Project Reflection
This work visualizes my daily activity and behavioral patterns during COVID-19 through abstract forms. Circles represent movement and frequency of locations across Toronto, inspired by Google Maps tracking, while rectangles reference window frames and illuminated interiors—contrasting indoor and outdoor spaces.
The composition reflects a screen-centered lifestyle, where digital interfaces have become the primary way of experiencing the world. With reduced physical movement and limited engagement with the city, everyday life shifted toward a more contained, virtual routine.
Although initially difficult to define due to its ordinary nature, this period reveals a clear transformation in how space, interaction, and perception are experienced—shaping a quieter yet more introspective way of living, with an ongoing anticipation for renewed, vibrant experiences.

Data Visualization & Data Collections
This design process involves collecting and analyzing data from music applications, including usage duration, peak listening periods, and genre preferences. Besides, it also extends beyond data gathering to include data calculation, exploration of charting systems, and the development of a structured poster layout, ensuring a clear and engaging visual translation of the information.
